- 2 lbs Lamb Steak or Kabob, Cubed
- 2 medium Sweet Potato, Cubed
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 8 oz Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 qt. Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp Moroccan Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tsp Curry Powder
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Salt
Layer ingredients in crockpot. Cook 6-8 hours. Stir and Serve.
You can also make this in a skillet by browning the lamb first, then adding the other ingredients and allowing to simmer.
