I’m glad you’re here because it means you are seeking answers for your health problems and I want to help you find them. But first there is something I want you to know…

You are not alone. You are not weird or messed up in the head. The physical and mental struggles you are facing are real and I want to help you overcome them.

I know what you are going through. I have been in that dark and painful place. I suffered from migraines, depression, adrenal fatigue, PMS and IBS for many years. I was always uncomfortable, irritable and too foggy to know what to do about it. The good news is there is hope. I discovered a way out of my darkness with nutrition and yoga. Applying functional nutrition principles played a pivotal role in my healing. I found the natural solutions to help me overcome my physical and emotional pain. Now I want to help you.
